Central Kalahari Game Reserve

Central Kalahari Game Reserve its grasslands, which are home to giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, and wild dogs, dominate its arid, expansive terrain. There are several fossilized river valleys that provide simple camping, such as Passage Valley and Deception Valley. Nxai Pan National Park famous for it's vast baobab trees and dry pans, it's a national park in north-eastern Botswana, consisting of Nxai Pan, which is one of the Makgadikgadi Pan salt flats. Nxai Pan National Park lies just north of the Maun-Nata main road and adjoins Makgadikgadi Pans National Park on its northern border with diverse wildlife.

Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is a sizable wildlife refuge that shares a western boundary with Namibia. Red dunes and dried rivers are its defining features.
